		<description>Well, it&#039;s $8 at some Targets, which I highly doubt is less than a Happy meal: Milani compact Creamy Natural shade powder foundation. Love it. Cheap, portable &amp; handy, and it&#039;s a nice matte, not shiny at all (which I prefer). Coverage is good.</description>
