Did you know a head cold could be a LIE, and instead be disguising the worst intestinal flu of your life? Did you know that said head cold would be a diversion for the untold suffering which would rain down upon you for 48 hours while you writhe in agony? Did you know that having intestinal flu is actually worse than having food poisoning as far as sheer, unadulterated pain is concerned? Yeah, NEITHER DID I.
In other words, I did not have a head cold this weekend – I had the flu. Yay me. And in case you were wondering – yes, it did suck. However! There is a silver lining in this ouchie-laden cloud. I put my first round of swap items up on the Swap Shop at Flickr.com last Friday. Better still, a few other swappers wish to swap their items with mine. Best still, they both have stuff I totally want to swap my stuff for. Let the free trade begin!
I encourage you all to get online tonight and start surfing around for swap groups. They are a great way to get rid of your unwanted items, while getting something in return. Those folks in the know like to call it “upcycling.” I just call it awesome.
