Also: a great fast smothie is a frozen banana, peeled, ice, milk, and a little spenda and vanilla to taste. Throw it all in the blender and watch it turn into a smothie.. nom!</description>

		<description>I made some spicy quinoa with turkey for lunch. Cook a bunch of quinoa. Meanwhile, saute some ground turkey in a pan, and season it with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt.  Now pour in canned chopped tomatoes and frozen vegetables, and let it simmer for a few minutes.  Serve it over the quinoa.  This would also work with couscous.</description>
