Technically, she’s my sister in law (or SIL, as she’s known in the Empire), but she’s still related to me by marriage to the Big Brother. And today is her birthday – Happy Birthday Meg! Thank you for being awesome!
Moving on. This week’s recap recounts last week’s birthday expenditures. I didn’t go shopping or spend a ton of money, but I DID eat what I felt like eating and watched what I felt like watching. And those expenses add up – shall we see as to how much? Sounds like a plan to me.
I Spent WHAT? Weekly Recap:
Monday, January 25
Target, tasty treats supplies for the week, $30.74
Roseville Post Office, shipment for the wardrobe swap shop, $7.50
Tuesday, January 26
Byerly’s Red Box, Paranormal Activity, $1.07 (so FREAKING scary)
Amazon.com, Dad’s birthday gift, $19.00
Wednesday, January 27, Day of My Birth
Telaflora, flowers for my StepMom, $32.00
Wynnsong Theater, Book of Eli, $6.50 (SNORE)
Cub Foods Liquor, booze run, $10.94

Nothing, as I was too hung over to move, let alone spend.
Total for the Week: $194.09. This week’s recap was fairly low, despite it being my birthday week, because my Posse picked up pretty much the entire tab for Saturday night. Thank you, guys! You’re the best group of friends a Chick could have.
To reward my friends for their awesomeness, as well as delight the rest of the female population of the Empire, here is this week’s Eye Candy:

Johnny Depp (as a young lad in Platoon) – who I’ve never featured before on Eye Candy. MY BAD.
![Johnny_Depp_33[1]](http://www.thecheapchick.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Johnny_Depp_331-450x279.jpg)
And there he is, a bit older, but still hot.
![1800234527p[1]](http://www.thecheapchick.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/1800234527p1.jpg)
And there he is in black and white.

And there he is, just being damn freaking HOT. Oh Johnny, what did we do before you splashed on the scene (literally, unfortunately) as Glenn in Nightmare on Elm Street – aka, the scariest movie in the Empire? Suffered without you, I guess.

Happy B-day, Erin’s sis-in-law!! Yay!
I love your very brief and to-the-point moview reviews: “SNORE”, etc. LOL Much appreciated.
I forget which came first for Mr. Hellooooooo, Handsome Johnny Depp — “Nightmare on Elm Street” or “21 Jump Street” I thought it was the latter, over 20 years ago. Eh. I’ve been a Depp fan since “21 JS”, either way. Who’d-a-thunk it that all these years later, little “Jump Street” Johnny would be a huge star. Wow. He’s really turned into a very versatile, enjoyable actor. Captain Jack Sparrow is still my fave, I have to confess.
Belated Happy Birthday to you! And thank you for the gift of JD pics. Yummy!!! And I just realized today that this month I’ve spent $800…and yes the month is only 2 days old! I think my budget for the month is officially shot.
