		<description>My husband has been in mortgages for 21 years now, and I know that there is a government program (not sure which states, or if all states offer it) that you qualify for if the property you desire is in what qualifies as an agricultural area.  I believe they are called USDA loans.  Oh, I found a shortcut here:
