Things People Have Sent Me In The Last Few Weeks

Sadly, no one has sent me Nathan Fillion.  Get on that, people!

First up, the fine folks at Fantastic Sam’s in Eden Prairie wanted me to give you the heads up on their deals in February.  They’re having their anniversary sale there (HAH!  All three forms of the word in one sentence!  I win… nothing.) from now until Valentine’s Day.  Stop by for $19 7-Foil Highlights – which I assume is seven highlights strategically placed on your head, $36 All Over Color by Redken, $44 Partial Highlights – more than seven highlights would be my guess, and $5 Brow Wax.  Plus their haircut, shampoo therapy (Freudian or Past Life Regression?) and conditioning treatment combined is just $15.  So go and get gorgeous for less!

Next, the lovely ladies at Nu Look Consignment in Minneapolis are having a Valentine’s Day Sale from 2/15 to 2/20 – which isn’t actually Valentine’s Day at all, but why split hairs?  Especially when all items dated 1/14/10 and before are on sale for 75% off.  They’re also having a gift card giveaway – enter to win a $50 gift card to Nu Look.  Think of all the stuff you could get…

Last, my friends and I have been greatly enjoying/mildly terrified by The Pyramid Collection catalog and website.  Have you seen this place?  It’s a store that specializes in “Myth, Magick, Fantasy and Romance” – in other words, whackadoo stuff mixed with things I actually want.  And their prices are not too horrific, like this number on sale for $89.95, plus S&H:

It’s cute, right?  And fairly normal-looking for a catalog filled with stuff like this, for $99.95:

Oh, who am I kidding?  I totally want that dress, too.  It’s so… flouncy.

Gracias for the sales info. :-)

I adore that black dress!! Maybe when the funds become available, I’ll check that site to see if it’s still available.
